For some people, PPS stands for is the postscript at the end of a letter. Something you forgot to say in the body, but cannot and should not be forgotten. PPS for me is different.
We must not forget our passions. I am reminded of this daily. It’s been a long time since I have been inspired to write. It is difficult to express myself on the page because people are more concerned with frivolous things, such as who I’m wearing, what I’m eating and who I know. I have thoughts outside of those, but no one cared to read it. Comments I made with heart and a desire to motivate and unite others were unfavored to posts where I shared other celebrities or show business information. It crushed my desire to share.
But during the pandemic, life seems to be a bit more meaningful and it is refreshing. It has become about the human spirit, resilience and connection. That’s what social media was supposed to be about in the first place, I thought. It has helped freshen up my desire to share.
So, long story short, I have decided what I want to do with this blog! Mondays will be filled with Motivational good times, Wednesday will focus on Wellness (mental, physical and emotional) and Friday is my day of Food. I love cooking and eating!
I was looking for ways to showcase Passion, Purpose and Service (P.P.S.) and I did. My passion is motivation. We can all be anyone we want to be and do anything we put our hearts and minds to. My purpose is to help heal people. I have been blessed to have the arts as a way of reaching a larger group of people than ever before. And my service to you is tasty food. You deserve to enjoy healthy and great food that doesn’t break the budget.
So what do you think? Thoughts? Questions? Topics to discuss? Let me know in the comments below. Until tomorrow!
